I am a Holistic Certified Professional Business Coach, Licensed Registered Mental Health Practitioner and Reiki Master with well over a decade of experience in the Holistic Business Coaching field and beyond. I help experienced entrepreneurs and small business owners achieve their wildest dreams in their business while living their happiest, healthiest, and wealthiest lives possible. The businesses that I serve are all across the board - from restaurateurs, best-selling authors, artists, service professionals like coaches, therapists, physicians, as well as brick and mortar businesses and online/digital businesses. I'm also a mother of 3 small children under 5 - who are my why - and help me understand and live the principles that I teach more deeply everyday!
